Art meets urban living. As part of the ART:WALK Festival, the area around the Uecker Nagel becomes a Kunst:Bar and a lively meeting point for creatives and visitors. Between art, architecture and relaxed exchange, an inspiring place emerges at Kö-Bogen.
In addition to the Kunst:Bar, two exclusive architecture tours with Alex Iwan offer insights into the special features of the area — at 14:00 and 15:00. Both tours are free but require registration: places are limited.
The ART:WALK Festival is the new format for summer 2026 and opens the season at Kö-Bogen — a launch that aims to resonate well beyond the day itself.
„A new format for the season opening — art, architecture and lounge in one day.“
At the ART:WALK Festival, art meets architecture. The area around the Uecker Nagel becomes a Kunst:Bar where creativity, enjoyment and urban spirit come together.
The highlight is two architecture tours with architecture expert Alex Iwan, who at 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm leads visitors through one of Düsseldorf's most distinctive quarters and brings the award-winning signature of Daniel Libeskind to life. While the tours require a booked place, visiting the Kunst:Bar is free. From midday into the late evening the festival invites you to discover art, understand architecture and celebrate summer at Kö-Bogen — a new programme highlight that is classic and premiere in one.
