Sun loungers, cool drinks and curated street food set the perfect frame to simply pause and breathe. Relaxed DJ sounds keep the mood easy, turning the area into an open-air meeting point.

Sunset & Networking is the popular flagship series of the Kö-Bogen summer 2026, bringing Düsseldorf's city society and international guests together three times a year between Hofgarten, gastronomy and architecture from New York. Anyone who knows Kö-Bogen knows the special light of the late summer hours, when the sun sets over Königsallee and the façade glitters in warm bronze, framed by the famous Cuts — the façade incisions.

In 2026 the series moves to Saturday. Three dates in June and August form the backbone of the season. In addition, the area transforms into the DFD Special on 25 July — a special edition with its own programme.

On several Saturdays the area around the Uecker Nagel becomes a relaxed summer lounge. Deckchairs invite you to linger, the stands offer cool drinks and selected street food, and the sounds of changing DJs fill the air.

Sunset & Networking is the signature series of Kö-Bogen: a place where Düsseldorf locals, creatives and guests from across the city meet, strike up conversations and let the day wind down in the heart of the centre. From midday sun into the evening, the format combines urban ease with the special atmosphere between Königsallee and Hofgarten. Admission is free, and you can come and go at any time.
